It’s finally here — launch day for the Zen Habits Podcast!
Today is a day of celebration … of not only this launch, but of the journey I’ve been on with all of you Zen Habits readers. Of the work that I’ve put into this, but also of the support I’ve gotten from my team. Of all of the countless hours I’ve been working with people in my Fearless Living Academy, in my Fearless Mastery mastermind, with my one-on-one coaching clients, and listening to all of you readers.

Let’s celebrate! This podcast has been a labor of love, from from the desire to provide you with an even deeper and more intimate way to explore the principles of mindfulness, simplicity, and intentional living. Through audio conversations, we aim to bring you closer to the heart of Zen Habits.
What to Expect:
I’ll be sharing an episode every Wednesday morning (with some possible bonus episodes in between!).
The podcast will be created in seasons — Season 1 is about facing our resistance, fear and uncertainty in order to do our meaningful work. Season 1 is titled, Fear + Wonder. Other seasons will have different focuses.
I’ll be doing a mix of solo podcast episodes, conversations with guest experts, and bringing in your questions and stories into some episodes, and even doing live coaching sessions with some of you!
