Weekend Wisdom: You can be grateful while saying no. You can be a good person and still say no. You don’t have to feel guilty for saying no.
I’m celebrating.
Today, I’m celebrating everything worth celebrating. Like anyone, I can get caught up in “what’s next” and forget to celebrate or acknowledge what’s happening right now. I’m celebrating is The Simplicity Space. It’s the membership program I started almost 4 years ago that has connected people around the world offering much needed support to help people simplify their lives. Doors open next week and have a brand new self-guided offering within the membership that is ready for you. Learn more and sign up for the waitlist here.
As I write this little letter to you, I’m celebrating 5 years of being alcohol-free. At first I only meant to take a break from alcohol. After a few weeks, I decided to stop drinking for 100- days. Then, I just never picked it back up. (This is how I did it). I’m grateful for that decision every day. Other things I’m celebrating today: proffertjes, Vondelpark, Pastel de Nata, Praça das Flores, family time, alone time, less screen time, creative persuits, more simplicity and going home. What are you celebrating today?
